These willow and wet felted wool weaved baskets are very unusual in it’s appearance. I loved to play with the different colour combinations and every basket is very different.

The wool is a 18 micron merino batt which I hand felted together with some silk. Which I then weaved into the basket.

The basket was handmade by Tom Brown ( Basket Case Tomas) and is exquisitely beautiful using locally grown willow.

The diameter of the basket is ca. 30 cm and the height of it is ca.15 cm

The felt weaving is ca. 5cm wide.
